Visionary Universal Trays

Each Visionary Tray is handmade and customized specifically for your order. Customers may personalize their tray with names, photos, quotes, colors, themes, or custom design requests. Because every tray is created from scratch, design placement and final appearance may vary slightly, making each piece unique.

Standard processing time is up to two weeks after all design details have been confirmed and your deposit has been received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability and project requirements. Customers will receive updates throughout the creative process, and delivery or pickup arrangements will be discussed prior to completion.

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all Visionary Tray sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in the production schedule while covering materials and preparation costs. Once production has begun, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted. If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact Crafted Vision Designs directly so the matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
