Do I Need To Place A Deposit?

Yes! All Custom orders require a nonrefundable deposit to begin processing. This covers materials and hold your spot in your crafting queue deposits vary by item but typically range between $10-$25 or 50% of the total price depending on the item type and turnaround time.

Can I Order Something I Don’t See Listed?

​Absolutely! Crafted vision designs is all about creative collaboration. Many of our favorite pieces were inspired by customer request from customers like you. Use the “stay in touch” form on our website to share your unique idea or design vision.

What Is A Pre-Order Summary?

Each Oder begins with a design & pre-order summary which includes:

  • Your design details. (Colors, names, themes, etc.)

  • Item type & size

  • Base price

  • Event or delivery date

​This is followed by a booking & processing agreement,

  • FINAL TOTAL

  • PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

  • ESTIMATED DELIVERY OR PICKUP WINDOW

  • POLICIES ON RUSH ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES

What’s The Policy On Cancellations Or Refunds?

​Deposits are nonrefundable. Full cancellations are not accepted. After materials are purchased or crafting has begun. If you need to postpone your event, we may be able to reschedule your pick up or shipping. Just communicate ASAP. Refunds only will be considered if Crafted Vision Designs is unable to fulfill the item due to emergency or scheduled conflict on our end.

What Is The Standard Processing Time?

At Crafted Vision Designs, all items are made with care and intention he standard processing time is up to 2 weeks once your deposit has been received and your order details are confirmed. This timeframe allows time for material sourcing, design preparation, and proper crafting to ensure the highest quality.

Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for an additional fee, depending on the timeline and design.

What is a Vision Consultation?

A Vision Consultation is a one-on-one booking where we bring your idea to life together.

 

This is perfect if you:
• Don’t see your idea listed on the site
• Need help building your concept
• Want something fully custom and detailed

 

During this session, we’ll go over your theme, colors, design ideas, budget, and overall vision before moving forward with your order.

What happens after I book?

After booking, you will:
• Receive confirmation of your order
• Be contacted if needed for additional details
• Get updates as your item is being created

 

Communication is important—please respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Do I need a consultation for every order?

No. Consultations are optional.

 

If you already know what you want, you can:

Consultations are for clients who want extra guidance or a more detailed creative process.

Can I make changes after booking?

Minor changes may be accepted early in the process. Once your order has started or materials have been purchased, changes may not be possible.​​
