Each graduation piece is:

• Fully customized based on your theme, colors, and design ideas

• Created using vinyl, printed graphics, and/or layered materials

• Designed with attention to detail for a clean and standout finish

• Cap or stole must be provided unless discussed otherwise

• Design layout may vary slightly based on space and materials

• Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind

Processing time is up to 2 weeks, especially during graduation season.

• Time includes design planning and detailed customization

• You will be contacted when your item is ready

• Pickup or delivery will be arranged

Rush orders may be limited due to high demand.

Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of graduation items:

• All sales are final

• No refunds or exchanges once design has started

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Client must approve design details before production

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item
